First Pitch Public Relations was founded in 2011 when the Ben Hogan Award became the company's first client. Since that time, First Pitch PR has added the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award, Drew Medford Memorial Tournament, Breakaway Sports and the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate to its list. The company also has worked with the Texas League of Professional Baseball and University of Texas-Arlington Athletics.
Company founder Drew Harris is passionate about sports and telling stories. He has 20 years of experience in sports communications working in both the professional and college ranks.
